About this property

Beautiful, smoke-free home located in Seacrest Beach Subdivision on fabulous 30-A highway. Freshly painted interior and all new living room furniture winter 2020! The home is located so close to the amazing 12,000 square foot swimming pool and just a short walk to the amazing white sand Gulf beaches.

Our house is on one of the biggest corner lots in Seacrest and is a large 3 bedroom with plenty of space and privacy! The home has two covered patios- one in the front and one in the back to sit back and relax.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the masterbath has two vanities, a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The master bedroom has french doors that open to a patio.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and has french doors that open to a patio. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds- great for kids! There are four TV's, 3 DVD players.

The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and granite countertops with a large breakfast bar. The living room has 2 sofas and 2 chairs, plenty of room for 8 people to spread out! The 12,000 square foot pool has two waterfalls, a fountain, two bathhouses and shaded areas for the little ones.

The house has free WIFI!

Walk through the wonderful landscaped community to get to both the pool and the beach. You are only a few blocks from the 16 mile paved bicycle path running along 30-A. World class golf courses only three minutes away.

If you don't feel like walking you can call the complimentary tram service and they will pick you up at the house and drive you to the beach. A great service for families with little ones and lots of beach toys!

Walk to Rosemary Beach, Village of South Walton and Alys Beach shopping and restaurants. Seaside and Watercolor only five miles away.

This house is ideal for families!

Minimum age of renters is 25 otherwise must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for every 3 guests 15-25. Failure to comply with this can result in being asked to leave the property (no refunds).

For the safety of our guests, we have an exterior safety camera.

Williams Family Vacation

This house was perfect for us. So spacious and well appointed. Loved the big kitchen. We cooked daily. House has everything we needed. I know everyone has different needs for a bed. Beds are very firm. Master is huge. Everything in the house was in good working order. I always love to rent a house on Beach Bike Way since the street is a straight shot to the town square. And the trail to the pool is basically across the street. So easy to find your way around. Nice full size driveway if you have a large vehicle as we do. We would love to stay here again.

This is our second summer to visit this house. We like the first floor living. The house is close to the pool as well as to the city center. It is a good layout for our family.

Great property

This was an awesome property. Not to big and not too small. Property owner and management group were very good with communicating and our stay was awesome. I would for sure stay at this property again! We have probably stayed in 10 different properties in seacrest. This was one of our favorites. Great location and convenient to all the amenities. We have 7 in our family and this house worked out great! Stay and you will not be disappointed!

amazing property at Seacrest

This property has everything, location is great, the house was clean and we had everything we needed to have wonderful family vacations. Communication with owner was easy and fast, she made all necessary arrangements to accommodate all our needs. The beach was crowded so be prepared to go early in the morning.

We discovered Seacrest Beach through some friends of ours and instantly fell in love with the area. We purchased our house in 2004 and have enjoyed watching the area grow over the last 17 years. We try to get down and enjoy the house and area as much as possible. We have made so many memories in Seacrest Beach and look forward to many more in the future!

Why they chose this property

We love the Seacrest Beach North subdivision and the location of our house is the best! We are a block from the pool and a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants at Village of South Walton and Rosemary Beach. We love that we can do shop, eat, go to the beach without getting into a car!
