Great location. Fun to people watch

The unit was nice , couch was extremely uncomfortable. Windows needed cleaning. But overall very nice complex with lots to do on the boardwalk.

PERFECT LOCATION!

The resort is located in a great area of Hollywood Beach. Not to busy or crowded, great for walking on the Broadwalk, beaching it, or just relaxing by the pool or on the sundeck people watching. A relatively quiet section of the beach with many shops and restaurants within an easy walk. Marriott Hotel and restaurant and bar right next door as well as a couple of Tiki bars with entertainment. Our unit was perfect for two people, nice kitchen and sitting areas. the rooms were very quiet. No outside noise bothered us at all. Seemed to be a more mature crowd during our stay, no rowdies. Unit was very clean and fairly modern. A/C worked well and the bed was comfy. Parking was right adjacent to the building. Owner was easy to deal with, check in was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying here again. We stayed the last week of Feb.
