The second floor of 13 Lakeview Tr is a lofty wonderfully located 1 bdrm apartment with great lakeviews. A spacious deck awaits your relaxation. Second floor is newly renovated and is clean spartan and relaxing; it's like an oasis really. New King bed(2020) in the bedroom and a fouton that could be used as a separate queen bed in the main room. Large tiled bath with tub. Hardwood floors in the main room, with a well appointed kitchen. A great place for a couple or individual; not the place to squeeze a bunch of people into or for a party. The 1st floor 2 bedroom #3807740 can be joined to this unit as well.

What a View!

The lake and mountain views from this property are amazing. Enjoy the sunset on the deck. The place is clean. The bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen has what you need. The front porch is dark at night. Bring a light to access the lockbox. The stairs to the upstairs unit are steep and narrow so keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. Again, the view out of the full windows and back deck is wonderful. I would stay there again.

Great stay

Great view of the lake. Very quiet area. Close proximity to bike path and downtown. Place has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.
