New property located in a family area that contains only 5 houses, totally independent, at the beginning of Estrada Arraial Trancoso, less than 2 minutes drive from the center.

This is the ideal home for those who want to enjoy the region and at the same time relax in a very comfortable, cozy and transmitting peace!
We have available: sheets, bath towels, kitchenware, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the suites, tv, wifi, barbecue and parking for 2 cars.
THE POOL IS PRIVATE, THAT IS, ONLY MY GUESTS HAVE ACCESS.

Férias

Nossa estadia foi muito tranquila. Durante o período em que estivemos na casa fomos muito bem acessorados pela própria Graciela (mensagens) e por seu irmão e cunhada. Pessoas super prestativas e simpáticas. A casa é realmente muito confortável, piscina limpa, utensílios de cozinha...enfim, foi muito bom. Esperamos retornar um dia.

Não tenho dúvidas para descrever esses dias na propriedade! Foram dias maravilhosos. A anfitriã pessoa extremamente educada e prestativa. Não posso deixar de mencionar o Sr. Josimar que é uma pessoa maravilhosa. O espaço é perfeito para família. Um lugar calmo e bem reservado. A localização também é muito boa. Excelente!

Casa espaçosa, confortável e completa. Tem todos os utensílios necessarios, Internet, tv a cabo e etc.. Fica a 2 minutos de carro do comércio, da Broadway e da Rua Mucuge. Recebemos a casa super limpa para a estadia e os anfitriões são muito atenciosos. Super recomendo a todos que forem visitar a região.
