Located within the Palmer Private course, this newly renovated main floor condo has a spacious layout that allows guests to enjoy their privacy.
The private west facing patio is the perfect quiet place for getting sun, reading a book, and enjoying outdoor dining and cocktails.
There is a grill and an outdoor pizza oven on the front patio.
This property is back on the rental market after a break from two years of renting.
One Golf Cart is available for rent and is stored in the garage.
The PGA West community is a beautiful setting and features 3 public golf courses (6 courses in total) including the World-Famous PGA West Stadium Course and Nicklaus Tournament Course. Check out the excellent restaurant choices nearby including Ernie's Bar and Grill at the Stadium course Clubhouse and all that beautiful La Quinta has to offer!
Pets may be welcome based on submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- dogs only.
