About this property

About 30 km north of Ajaccio you will find the Villa Joka. It is located in the small settlement Esigna about 30 m above sea level and about 300 m from the beach. On the ground floor of the lone-standing house you will find a large living room, two bedrooms with each single beds, a bedroom with a bunk bed for two children. Master bathroom with tub, second WC, kitchen, utility room with washing machine. Children's bathroom with shower and bidet. Outdoor shower. More bedrooms on the top floor. The kitchen is completely equipped with a wide 5 flame gas stove with a large oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, double sink. Three large terraces surround the house. The large garden with a beautiful old palm garden is also ideal for wheelchairs. Parking options for multiple vehicles available. Nearby you will find a German speaking contact for emergencies, more contacts or consulting for going on hikes.

Wunderschönes Haus, super Lage

Wir haben unsere Ferien in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der naheliegende Strand (keine 10min zu Fuss) war wunderschön. Alles titop!

Traumhaus für einen Traumurlaub

Für unsere Reisegruppe, 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und ein Hund, war das Haus die perfekte Unterkunft. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer, neue und sehr saubere Bäder, sowie die komplett ausgestattete Küche sind super. Das besondere Extra ist auf jeden Fall der schön angelegte, riesige Garten mit großer, überdachter Terrasse und Außendusche. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: der nahgelegene Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und selbst in der Hauptsaison nicht überfüllt, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Auch wenn manche Ausflüge auf Korsikas Straßen tatsächlich länger dauern als gedacht, gibt es in der Gegend genügend Ausflugsziele und Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten - unsere Fahrräder, SUP, Wanderschuhe, Reithose - alles war im Einsatz. Vielen Dank Familie Vanek, für dieses wunderschöne Haus und den sehr netten Kontakt!

Lage und Ausstattung überzeugt

Das Haus überzeugt durch seine Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Man hat das Gefühl, kein steriles Ferienhaus zu beziehen, sondern ein von einer Familie geliebtes Zuhause zu übernehmen. Dazu trägt auch der Gesamteindruck mit blühenden Büschen und Blumen bei. Ein schattiges Plätzchen rund um das Haus ist zu jeder Tageszeit zu finden. Wir waren zur Zeit des "Hitzedoms" vor Ort, da wäre zwar eine Klimatisation wünschenswert gewesen. Sobald allerdings wieder "normale" Temperaturen und ein leichter Wind herrschten, wäre sie überflüssig geworden. Der Sandstrand ist fußläufig erreichbar, das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Wir fühlten uns am heimischen Strand so wohl, dass wir gar keine anderen Strände angefahren haben. Neben dem Sandstrand gibt es auch an den Felsen genug zu entdecken. Ein Auto ist nur für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen erforderlich. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt in Sagone kann man zwar auch laufen (ca. 25 Min.), allerdings nur an der Hauptstraße. Auch die Kommunikation mit Familie Vanek war schnell und unkompliziert.

Mehr als nur ein Ferienhaus!

Unsere Zeit in Esigna war wunderschön, das Haus ist mehr als eine Ferienwohnung, es ist wirklich ein Urlaubszuhause! Ich habe selten ein so vollständiges Ferienhaus gesehen. Familie Vanek war super nett beim Check-in, besonders gut schläft man in den sehr bequemen Betten. Lage und Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Sandstrand mit Restaurant ist keine 300m die Straße runter. Einkaufen kann man im Örtchen nebenan. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vaneks!

Sublime maison dans un endroit idyllique

Nous venons de passer un séjour inoubliable en corse dans cette magnifique villa. Elle est située dans un petit village proche de tout. La mer est à 2 mn à pied. La plage est sans doute une des plus belle de toute la corse. Elle offre une vue magique sur le golf de Sagone. Que dire de la maison ! Absolument parfaite! Elle est grandé bien organisé, pratique… les nombreuses terrasses sont bien situées pour profiter de moments de calme et repos à l’ombre. La disponibilité des ustensiles et nécessaires de cuisine est remarquable pour une location saisonnière. Sans doute plus que dans ma propre maison dans laquelle je vie à l’année. Enfin ce petit plus si agréable : la douche extérieure rafraîchissante et si pratique au retour de la plage. Séjour parfait dans une maison géniale avec des hôtes au top !
