One of Folly's Best! 1D-Ful is a clean and comfortable 1 bedroom condo located on the 1st floor of a 3 story complex. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units. It features breathtaking ocean views where the beach is your front yard. This unit has hardwood floors throughout with TV's in both the living room and bedroom. Drift off to dreamland on the comfortable king size Tempur-Pedic mattress in the bedroom or on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room with a memory foam mattress and wake rejuvenated each day! Enjoy a beautiful morning sunrise from your balcony and watch dolphins play while enjoying your morning coffee. The night sky is the perfect backdrop for listening to ocean waves crash onto shore. You can leave your car parked in the private parking space provided for you during your entire stay because everything you would need is within easy walking distance. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry & HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from washer/dryer as soon as possible. 1-D-Ful allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC001433. Peaceful location

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was quiet and peaceful. The yard was beautifully maintained and easy to access for our dog. The apartment was very clean. We had a couple of issues while we were there, and everything was promptly taken care of. Highly recommend!

Birthday Getaway

My 27 year old son took me to my favorite place, the beach, for a few days. Great small unit with sleeper sofa and king bedroom that was also pet friendly. Only suggestion for owner/ manager is provide linens upon check in for sleeper sofa and list daily pet rent in your nightly fees section. Had a great time!

Folly Beach Suites - 1D Full

This unit was perfect for two adults and our small dog. Oceanfront and a few blocks down from the pier, all restaurants, etc. within walking distance. We did not have to drive until we left to come home. Well maintained and appropriately stocked with kitchen items. We have stayed here several times. It's almost like a second home. :-)

Sisters get away

The location was perfect, the weather was great. Like some beach properties it had a few things that needed updating but nothing that made our stay in enjoyable. Will return soon.
