Our welcoming house also provides convenient amenities like a washer/dryer, air fryer, and WiFi. Experience the magic of Jensen Beach at our house and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones relaxing around the fire Pit. Restaurants and groceries are 800 feet away, Indian River is a block away and the beach is 2 miles away. Walk to Jammin Jensen a block away every Thursday evening for art and crafts. Get some fresh produce at our local produce stand a block away. Golf is 2 miles away. Take the kids to Riverside park to run in the fountains and have a picnic or tour the Childrens Museum. Additional Enclosed Florida room with AC for the kids to play games. Board games and corn hole

I was born and raised in Florida. I moved away for school and life but didn't realize how much I missed it. I adore being a walk away from the water, I have walked over a beautiful bridge to the beach with beautiful views. I just feel healthier here than anywhere else that I have lived.
Why they chose this property
It's one of the original subdivisions initially built in Jensen Beach in the 50's-60's. Most of the people on the street have been here more than 10 years and some since the 50's. Groceries and restaurants are 800 feet away yet the beach is 2 miles away and it is still a quiet area.
A mall is 3 miles away with a movie theater with recliner seats, as well as golf, a childrens museum and parks.

What makes this property unique
It has a quiet back yard that is fenced in with a large fire pit. We have replaced the windows with hurricane windows, replaced the roof with a metal roof, and refinished the original terrazo floors.
