This house has a completely renovated interior This means brand new flooring, walls, kitchen, bathroom, mattresses, linens and oriental rugs. Feel free to stretch out and enjoy the space. Jotul stove for apres ski, all major amenities to feel like home away from home. Small stream running along the side yard. Snowmobile trails on both sides of 23A, can be access right from here. Guided snowmobile tours are available. Hunter Mountain Ski resort 2 miles away. This house is overall very convenient and comfortable, sleeps 8. A new season is in the air! Whatever you do, do not let a lack of natural snow dissuade you from coming to Hunter Mountain. Hunter Mountain is the snow making capital of the world. There are beautiful trails open to accommodate all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Hunter also has the biggest snow tubing park in New York state. Snow tubing is fun for everyone, especially kids regardless of age. Seasonal rate available. Other units available on property.

The kitchen was very well stocked, the refrigerator/freezer was clean and cold, the heat was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any questions/problems, which was a good thing because I encountered problems with the HomeAway website giving me the info I needed. It is right across the street from a supermarket.

wonderful, cozy and comfortable, clean and serene

We had a wonderful stay. On the web-site it says your sofa was a pull-out one and we didn't find that to be the case. Otherwise, everything was as described and we would recommend it. We loved the serene back deck with the creek running alongside. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

My name is Frances Kara Nelson, and I am originally from St.Lucia West Indies/Caribbean. My husband Dave is from Ramsey, New Jersey. We moved up to Hunter after my husband retired. He has been a Hunter Mountain skier and snowboarder for more than 40 years. He is an avid mountain biker and snowmobiler. I took up skiing when I met my husband 18 years ago. I now work at the ski area.

Why they chose this property

The main reason you will love this house is because the interior is brand new, and will feel like it's yours. Also it is close to everything, while still feeling like you are in the country. It sleeps eight.

What makes this property unique

If you love cooking and you need an onion or a bit of garlic no worries Tops is across the street.

If you don't feel like cooking, at an additional cost you can have an experienced cook, prepare your meals.
