3 bedroom/2 bath; Sleeps 10 - Wonderful Family Condo.

Bring the whole family to this wonderful condo with an amazing view of Lake San Cristobal and the surrounding mountains. This condo has two bedrooms on the main floor each with a queen bed and a full bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a television for your enjoyment. There is a living room and full kitchen with brand new appliances as well as a washer/dryer on the main floor. Beautiful new flooring has been installed throughout the main floor with custom dressers and new mattresses.

You can ride out onto the Alpine Loop directly from the condo without having to trailer....there is plenty of room to park your trailers in a lot just down the road with room for your vehicle and toys by the unit. This unit is on the second floorup and has a covered porch to enjoy your evenings after a fun day in the mountains. It also has wireless internet....if you need to stay "connected" while on vacation. We rent the condo to the north and below this condo so bring your family and friends and come up to make memories with us.

Wonderful property!

This is the perfect hideout in Lake City! It's so close to town, trails, and the lake. The place is sparkling clean and very organized. There's plenty of space for everyone to hang out and have fun. Trust me, you'll want to come back here again and again!

Beautiful location

The location was beautiful! The communication before arriving with owner was quick via email. However, the reviews left of rental being clean are deceiving. Not impressed with the housekeeping. Also, bring extra fans as the unit has NO air conditioning.

Great condo and view

We have stayed in several condos via VRBO and others and this was by far the most complete kitchen we've ever had. The beds were comfortable, the living room was a great size and the bathrooms were great also. Lots of towels and such. Love that there is a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the unit. Will stay here again.
