Kim and Scott Little
About Kim and Scott Little
Scott and Kim Little have lived in the Colorado Rockies for over 35 years. Growing up in Minnesota and Nebraska, we married, moved west and currently enjoy careers in law enforcement and higher education program administration.
Kim and Scott Little purchased this House in 2015
Why Kim and Scott Little chose Port Angeles
We discovered Port Angeles in the summer of 2015, purchased this home and are anticipating spending our retirement years hiking, fishing, boating, biking, cooking and watching the ships go by in the Little Cottage by the Strait.
What makes this House unique
We looked at dozens of homes in the Sequim/Port Angeles area and kept returning to the Little Cottage on the Strait. The unique, charming exterior promised something special and the interior did not disappoint! From the whimsical green/blue color scheme to the elegant stone gas fireplace, you just want to move in and never leave. The kitchen appliances are over-the-top and probably more than our cooking deserves but over the years, we hope to remedy that. We told our realtor that the most important item on our list was THE VIEW and whether you are on one of the decks, in the living room, kitchen, dining room or in the basement, it is breath taking.

The property is very nice, very clean and with excellent instructions. The only drawback was the bedrooms were heated with individual units and the rest of the house with a fireplace heater and space heater. It was a little chilly when we arrived and took a bit to warm up. Cellular service (could have been ATT) was not very good in the area.
Otherwise- it was great.
Beautiful bluff location on the strait
This is basically new, with a very nice level of finish and furnishings. Kitchen is very workable. Two bedroom/two bath has nice separation. Lots of places for scenic walking.
Lovely home with gorgeous views. About 20 minutes to the ferry and the Olympic National park visitors Center. Everything we needed for our stay.
This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here. Everything was perfect...from the house, the view, the hosts. Will surely stay here again.
Perfect location for views of Mt. baker and Victoria and to explore Olympic Park. Excellent host.
Beautiful views and charming and clean home. We loved staying here with our children. Our kids loved looking at all the cargo ships from the back deck. Explored the beautiful surrounding areas and Olympic National Park. House had plenty of space for our family of 7. Thank you so much!
We are located within walking distance of the Olympic Discovery Trail. Take the Port Angeles Black Ball ferry to Victoria, BC for an unforgettable day trip to include Butchart Gardens, the Inner Harbor and Antique Row.
