I usually don't complain or leave a bad review but I'd hate for others to have a bad experience like us. First of all the check in was confusing and we wasted an hour finding where to check in. The condo location was the only good thing I can day about the experience. Then we finally get where we need to be and are told parking fees are not included so we pay money and beach chairs or umbrella not included so more for those. Our friends that were staying there too had all those included in their rental. When we walked in it was disappointing. The floor had sand all over, it the walls were scuffed, the furniture all needed to be replaced because it looked worn out. I couldn't find a vacuum so I had to sweep the whole place first thing. The dresser in master bed room was cover in dust. The lamps had no light bulbs and only a dim over head light. I had to go buy a pack of light bulbs. No lamp in living room just another dim over head so I had to move a lamp from a bedroom into living room. The second night we wanted to cook fish from our deep sea fishing trip. Tried to use the grill but it was a disaster and unusable. Decided to fry them .The frying pan was disgusting. It had crust all over and was scratched up and looked unhealthy to cook in. Had to borrow a pan from a friend that was there. The spatula was melted on the end so that wasn't useable either. Then we sat down to eat and one of the dining room chairs broke and my son fell into the floor. It had been broken but someone tried to reattach the leg. Other issues we had were no shower curtain liners in shower. Just fabric curtains that had mildew or mold along the bottom . That caused the floor to get soaking wet during showers so they were dangerously slick. A few final issues were the head boards of bed were attached to the wall with an odd brace to keep them from touching the wall. This made a big gap between mattress and headboard so pillows sunk down during the night. The refrigerator didn't stay cold if you put much in it and the drawers were broken. The sofa was so uncomfortable to sit on. The TV sound was very low and surround sound didn't work. Honestly, it felt like we had been completely ripped off with this condo. They should be ashamed to take money from families for that place. It was especially discouraging because the condo my friend rented there was so nice, cleaner, bigger, included parking and beach chairs and umbrella, and was less expensive.

Sterling Breeze Resort was nice! Condo Unit was misleading!
Upon arriving, the condo pictures used in the booking the property unit was not at all what we received. I booked and paid for two master suites ocean front. I got one master and roadside small bedroom and bunks beds. The description never mentioned bunk beds and actually showed a small bedroom. The condo was 80 degrees inside. There was broken items all over the condo: clock hanging on wall, decorations sitting on kitchen hutch, a glass table with lamp, kitchen wall had dry wall mud. About 30 minutes after we got in the room, maintenance come up and said, oh, not sure why they let you in. I will come back and fix the damages when you leave. There was no trash can, no broom, no cleaning supplies, the guest bedroom sheets/blankets was not changed. The outside grill did not work. Towels in the unit where ripped and stained and torn I guess from being old and not replaced. Guest services was not helpful AT ALL! we had to contact the owner if we needed something.

Comfortable clean condo in paradise ❤️❤️
The process of booking the condo was very easy. We were able to get it for the days we wanted and weren't forced to book extra days just because it was the busiest time of year. The check-in process was easy but different from past years because we checked-in next door at Tide Water. We noticed right away that the elevators seemed to have moved much faster. During a previous stay the elevators had been an issue but that seemed much better this year. There were also shopping carts available to help with getting things back and forth from the parking lot to the condo which was a huge help.
The condo itself was clean and everything was in working order. It comfortably slept 6 of us, 4 adults & 2 teenagers that slept in bunk beds in a nook off the kitchen. I've been in other units in Panama where the bunk beds were practically in the kitchen hallway so I was very pleased they had a "nook" instead of just being out in the hallway. There was a master bedroom with a beautiful view of the gulf, a second bedroom up front , the bunk bed nook & the sofa pulled out into a bed as well. We were comfortable with the size of this condo for our party of six. I especially liked the open closet so we could store our beach chairs, fishing poles & various beach toys. This condo did not have any extras like beach chairs or games so you'll have to bring your own. The kitchen had the basic items if you plan to cook some meals. The outside patio was comfortable and one day we grilled hamburgers and hot dogs on the outside grill.
We really enjoyed our time at the beach & I would rent this unit again. We like the location of the building being so close to Pier Park. The building could probably use another set of elevators to accommodate all the people but they seemed a lot faster than in previous years. The only issue we had was one evening we went out and came back after 11 pm. We drove around the parking deck for almost an hour before someone finally left so we could park! I felt bad for taking their spot because if they were coming back we knew there was nowhere else to park! This was not a consistent problem but it made us think twice about driving the car and staying out too late for fear we wouldn't be able to park.
