Fabulous gulf front view townhouse! Steps from beach!! Incredible Gulf Views at Great Prices!!.. Sit on the deck and watch the waves in this 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome located in one of Destin's most sought after areas. Fronting the most beautiful beaches in the world with no buildings between you and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the view is spectacular and beach access is literally steps away!

Balconies off the living room and master bedroom allow you to enjoy the sound of waves splashing against the shore. In the evening, watch dazzling sunsets over the beautiful Gulf. You may even enjoy seeing graceful dolphins as they travel up and down the coastline!

Master bedroom has a king size bed and second bedroom has a queen bed, with a fold out sofa in the living room. The window in the guest bedroom overlooks the sparkling pool. Sofa folds out into a bed. There is an outdoor shower and storage room with beach toys, chairs and umbrella for your use while here.

Within minutes of great shopping, including Silver Sands -- the nation's largest designer outlet center -- and Destin Commons. Costa Vista is also convenient to grocery stores as well as some of the best restaurants on the gulf coast, so you have many dining options.

From cafes, fine dining, concerts, festivals, shopping, golf courses, amusement and water parks, and, of course, the beach, there's something for the entire family. Water sports (parasailing, kayaks, windsurfing, etc.) are available a few yards down the beach.

Excellent value for the $$
This property is a hidden gem on old 98. We have stayed in more than 10 different condos/locations and this was the best value for what we paid. Super clean and what a unique floor plan! Love parking right at the door and having a personal shower/hose at the front door to keep the beach outside. We will be back.

Perfect getaway!
Property was just as described and pictured. The close access to the beach was the main reason we chose this property, as we have a 2.5 year old that had to nap midday. We prepared most meals at the property, there were a variety of pots and pans to use for meal prep. Would’ve loved it even more if there was a grill - but that definitely wouldn’t keep us from going back and booking again. Thank you!

The beach access right across is nice, there is shower a house there for bathroom use. We went over the 4th and there were fireworks all over the place, great experience!

Why they chose this property

This a full packed area, with something to interest almost any type of person. This makes the area so much fun and brings people from everywhere! The sugar white beaches are the number one reason people come here, well, we cannot forget the emerald green waters too! There is a water park, go-cart track, plenty of shopping and dining of all tastes and of course, lots to do on the water! This townhouse is one of the few that are located directly across the street from the beach without a building or distraction in front of it, which provides wonderful gulf views!!! The complex is small, pool is rarely full and it is located diagonally across the street from a great restaurant! What more could you want in a vacation???
