Pool Access and Rules:

Guests will have access to our pool during business hours. For pool access outside of business hours, guests may obtain a key from our office. This process requires the following steps:

>Sign the Pool Rules Addendum: Guests must come to the office to sign a pool rules addendum, which will be provided at that time.

>Provide Identification and Contact Information: A copy of a government-issued ID and current contact information must be submitted to the office.

>Deposit Requirement: A $50 refundable deposit is required, which will be refunded at the time of checkout.

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Pool Rules:

No smoking.
No drinking.
No peeing in the pool.
Follow all posted pool safety guidelines.
Respect other guests and maintain a courteous environment.

★ To ensure a peaceful environment and security of the community, we strictly prohibit parties and large gatherings. No refunds will be issued in such cases and a $500 penalty fee will be issued.

★ Security camera is in place at the front door only and is facing away from the unit just for check-in and check-out monitoring. Security camera is actively operating and recording at all times, 24/7. Please know that it is an apartment complex and there are security cameras around the common areas such as laundry area, gym, and in front of the leasing office that's beyond our control. We do not monitor these cameras, nor are they under our control. Apartment building Management and we are not liable for their monitoring nor operation. Another camera is located at the liquor store outside the apartment building that is facing towards the apartment complex. Again, this camera does not belong to us, nor is under our control and as such we are not responsible for its monitoring or operation. There might be other security cameras around the building and or business near by for which we are not responsible. To be clear the only security camera in our control is that on the exterior of unit located above main door. Although camera is recording at all times, we only access this information as needed. No refunds will be issued in such cases and a $1000 penalty fee will be issued.

★ The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after every checkout.

★ We are also accepting guests who will be bringing their baby to their trip. We have a standard baby crib for them to sleep on.

★ This unit is also equipped with smoke alarm, and all our doors have smart locks and have back-up padlocks for our guests` safety and security.

★ We are also accepting guests who will be bringing their furry friends with them. Please know that the management only allows a maximum of two pets. As much as we want to accept all kind of breeds, there are exemptions. These are the breeds we are currently not accepting: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chow Chow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog.


★ PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IN PICKING-UP OR DUMPING YOUR DOG'S POOP ON THE TRASH BINS AVAILABLE AROUND THE COMMUNITY. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG POOP ANYWHERE AS $25 FINE WILL BE CHARGED PER PILE OF POOP IF PROVEN THAT YOU LEFT IT IRRESPONSIBLY.

★ You may bring other pets except for exotic animals like Reptiles, Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds, Pigs, Arachnids, Piranha, other farm or poisonous animals.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important Note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, you agree to the following

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check in
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day booking are required to provide information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.

There is ring camera above entrance door which allows to verify guests. Also, we have a minute detector that only detects sound, and smoke.
