We enjoy all outdoor activities but most especially golfing on the Maggie Valley Golf Course. Rates are reduced at certain hours of the day so be sure to call the club house to inquire.
Why they chose this property
WE VACATIONED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR FOURTEEN YEARS AND IT HAS BECOME A SECOND HOME TO US. WE PURCHASED THIS UNIT IN 2012 AND OUR CHILDREN HAVE COME TO LOVE THE AREA AND ALL IT HAS TO OFFER, BUT MOST ESPECIALLY THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS AREA THEIR PERMANENT HOME.

ONE OF THE MANY UNIQUE BENEFITS THAT MADE US FALL IN LOVE WITH OUR UNIT AND THIS AREA WAS THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE, THE ASHEVILLE REGIONAL AIRPORT, BREATHTAKING RIDE ALONG THE BLUERIDGE PARKWAY, HARRAH'S CASINO, QUEEN'S STABLES, RAFTING, AWESOME RESTURANTS AND THE LIST GOES ON. ALL BROCHURES WILL BE FOUND IN THE CONDO.
