Caroline and Manolo both grew up working in hotels and working in hospitality and after a few years of running a bed and breakfast and loving meeting travelers, we decided to buy a little guest house to be able to give people exactly what we look for when we travel.
Caroline purchased this Cottage in 2015
Why Caroline chose Niagara Falls
The neighbourhood is unbelievable! It's so quiet but you can literally see all that Niagara Falls has to offer from the front steps. The house is the perfect size to meet all of your needs as a traveler yet cozy enough that you don't have to worry about a thing. It's way more comfortable than a hotel room for a family or a group of friends and you have the option to prepare food at 'home' or just chill out, watch a movie on a rainy day or have a barbeque in the evening.
What makes this Cottage unique
What I love about the property is it's unique character, it's a true cottage in the city, giving you that real on vacation feel from the moment you walk in the door.

Nature meets neon, golf courses and wineries stand beside world class casinos, hiking through ancient forests, taking selfies among millions of visitors in front of the world famous Niagara Falls can be done in the same day as a quiet picnic along the river, a horse back ride along lake Erie, a jaunt to Canada's prettiest town at Niagara on the Lake and so much more. Our home is steps away from Casino Niagara and Clifton Hill where the action is, world-class restaurants with world-class views of the famous Niagara Falls yet also steps away from the mighty Niagara River where you can hike through the Carolinian forests of the Niagara Escarpment among fossils that serve as a reminder of the power of the river over the last eleven thousand years. Our home is seconds away from a nearly 50 km long paved recreational trail connecting Lake Erie with Lake Ontario along the Niagara River for use for walking, running, jogging, bicycling, skiing and snowshoeing (weather permitting). Our home is on a quiet residential street with a city park just seconds away featuring swings and play things for the little ones and tennis courts free to use by the big(ger) kids. We have two off-street parking spaces to use if you want to get out the car and go a bit further afield, you can go golfing at one of the 30+ incredible golf courses, spend an afternoon at a nearby outlet mall, go wine tasting or horseback riding on the beach at Lake Erie. Niagara Falls is a place you could enjoy for a weekend but there is enough to keep you busy and not-so-busy for weeks!
