The bed/living room perfectly blended for modern life! In this combined living and bedroom, we removed the boundaries between night and day to create a space that functions well around the clock. You will find here comfortable bed with a mattress memory foam, two seater sofa, amazing rocking chair, stylish desk – console table, small coffee table, wardrobe with a mirror and library with books in English and Italian. There is also flat-screen TV 50’’ with pay-per-view channels and satellite channels.
Private garden with BBQ and outdoor dining area. The kitchen with all the facilities - washing machine, cleaning products, kitchenware, stovetop, kitchen, refrigerator, oven, toaster, microwave, dining table, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and iron with ironing facilities. Excellent séjour

Nous avons été chaleureusement reçus par Fabio qui a pris le temps de nous indiquer tous les côtés pratiques nous permettant de passer un séjour agréable à Sienne (avec en plus une bouteille d'un excellent vin en cadeau de bienvenue). L'appartement est charmant, il s'agit d'une résidence hôtelière avec un service de nettoyage, changement de draps et serviettes etc.. Très confortable, très propre, très fonctionnel, avec un petit jardin privatif (2 chaises-longues sur pelouse + barbecue). Parking extérieur. Il est judicieux de prendre le bus (arrêt en face de la résidence - un bus tous les 1/4 d'heure) pour se diriger vers Sienne qui est à moins de 10 minutes. Supermarchés à 5 minutes en voiture. Tout pour permettre de passer un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région. N"hésitez pas à louer cet appartement ! Aline et Jean-Philippe
