I had a wonderful time. Christina and Anthony were very accommodating. There was a full kitchen. Clean quiet and comfortable. Walk to Falls.
Great place; had everything we needed, close to the Falls, close to all the sights.
The place was a great fit, had all that we(all 6 of us)needed, even had a washer and dryer that came in handy! The owners, whom we met twice, are amazing and I will pick their place when we visit again. This place is totally better than any hotel in the area and is locally owned.
GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL PEOPLE TO RENT FROM BUT THE UNIT LOOKS A LOT NICER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS. BASEMENT UNIT KIND OF DAMP, KITCHEN EQUIPMENT VERY LACKING ,MOLD IN BATHROOM AROUND TUB AND ON CEILING . AIR CONDITIONING UNIT KICKS ON AND OFF CONSTANTLY AND SOUNDS LIKE A BOMB GOING OFF WHEN IT KICKS
OFF . GOOD LOCATION, WE WALKED TO THE PARK. WOULD NOT STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR UNIT BUT MIGHT STAY IN ANOTHER UNIT IN THE BLUIDING
Great place near Niagara Falls
This is a great place to stay to enjoy the Niagara Falls area! Christine and Anthony were excellent hosts. They had good suggestions and were easy to get in touch with. The washer and dryer were an added bonus.
The third bed lacked privacy but since we didn’t need it, it wasn’t a problem.
I would recommend this property.
Handy Basement Apartment Near the Falls
The apartment was nicely done and attractive. The location was great--less than a mile from Niagara Falls State Park. (We didn't walk in, but if you were motivated, you certainly could!) The owner responded to inquiries promptly. On the downside, parking was odd. We had to park on a side street about a half a block away. There was nothing wrong with the parking, but I did have to ask for clarification the first night. Also, the kitchen was understocked, most noticeably there was only a small handful of drinking glasses and there were no dishcloths or dishtowels. Dishes either drip-dried or we dried them with paper toweling.
We love the place.
Very good place!!!
