Looking for that perfect beach vacation destination in Point Pleasant Beach only steps from the Point Pleasant Boardwalk and beach? Take a look at this completely renovated beach bungalow, 2-bedroom open concept kitchen and living area set right in the sand and only steps from the boardwalk and beach. This property is on a private lane with no vehicle access, so it is quiet and perfect for a family with children. Point Pleasant Beach is busy in the summer, but Brunswick Place is just off the main path to provide you peace and quiet. Because you will be only steps from the beach, you can pick the perfect spot on the beach and have constant access to the house for anything you might need. This house has all the amenities with central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and gas grill. Outdoor table and chairs in the sand to relax after a day on the beach. 1 reserved parking spot included just at the end of the lane, so you always have a spot. 4 beach badges included.

The property is set directly between the Manasquan Inlet and Jenkinson's. The inlet provides great land fishing, or you can get a 1/2 day of full day party boat to go deep. In the other direction is Jenkinson's Inlet which is a great family destination with games, rides, food and fun for all ages.

The area has many great restaurants that are all within walking distance or you can light the grill and cook the days catch and enjoy it under the umbrella out front.

If you do want to venture out but don't want to take the car, there is a trolley that does loops all summer and there is a stop right in front of the lane.

The house is a cute 2-bedroom bungalow with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. This house can sleep 4 comfortably with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and a new pull out couch with full bed. The front sun room is perfect for your morning coffee or you can have it out front on the patio as you watch the sun come up. On Thursdays there are fireworks on the beach directly at the end of the lane and you can sit right in front of the house and have a perfect view.

The week rental comes with 1 reserved parking spot which is convenient in the summer. There is also two parking permits that can be used for street parking. We also include 4 beach badges so the whole family can enjoy the beach.

Great shore house!

Our family loved our vacation at this shore house! It was super cute and homey. The home was well stocked with everything you could need. My family loved the outside shower; I loved my morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs out front. It was great being close to the action, but still being able to take the car for local adventures, knowing we’d have the parking spot when we got back. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here. The place is exactly as pictured/described, plus it has an awesome huge outdoor shower. You can park your car and leave it for the week. Because the house is on a lane (a sidewalk) next to the boardwalk, you can walk everywhere and not cross a single street or see any cars! So wonderful with small kids. We went to the beach, amusement park, aquarium, watched the fireworks, and had lunch & played games on the boardwalk, all within a 5 minute walk. We have stayed at many shore houses, and this one is truly special because of the location. The hosts communicated well and check in/out was easy. The only improvement we could think of was more comfortable mattresses, but we are used to foam mattresses at home so that’s a personal preference.

Dreamy, beachy heaven!

This property caught my eye in 2021, but I hesitated and missed out. I promised myself that I wouldn’t wait this year…and am I so grateful to have gone for it! We usually stay at resorts, and I was somewhat unsure of what to expect in renting. Let me say that Dana and Jeff have thought of everything! I appreciated the clear, detailed information provided prior to the trip so I knew what to pack and what was provided. Check-in took exactly three minutes, and within the hour, we had our toes in the sand. The house was IMMACULATE, with every amenity listed and more. The location is perfect - steps to the boardwalk and beach, and a few steps the other way to the town. My daughter and I walked into the lovely village every afternoon, and Jenkinson’s had activities some days (kite festival, turtle rescue) and most nights (movie on the beach, talent show, etc.). House highlights include the delicious AC (we had a heat wave) and awesome outdoor shower. I may or may not have considered hiding out in a cupboard so I didn’t have to leave. Dreamy, beachy heaven! But don’t wait - I know now why it books up so fast!

Fantastic Family Stay

We had a wonderful family vacation at this Beach House. The location is perfect, being just a few steps away from the beach (and beach entrance) and the Boardwalk. The house was very clean, bright, the kitchen fully equipped and he AC was very much appreciated! Parking was very convenient. It was a perfect stay for our Teens since they could just stroll down to the Boardwalk at anytime. The location on a little private lane offered a nice setting and a quiet surrounding in the evening. The owners were only an email away for any questions that could arise and gave a lot of helpful advice on things to do in the area. Vacationing at this house was a full success.

Point Pleasant is a great family town and Brunswick is a quiet gated lane with the houses set right in the sand. You will be just steps from everything yet 4 houses from the boards to give you piece and quiet. Pull up an adarondic chair and and set right in the sand in front of the house or take a few steps to sit with your feet in the Atlantic. We love the house and use it off season but enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with families over the summer for others to create great memories.

The home is set in a private gated community with no vehicle traffic. The homes are set right in the sand that fosters a strong sense of community. Evenings are spent relaxing out front and enjoying the great company of your family and neighbors. Every Thursday can be spent watching the PPB fireworks from the comfort of your own front yard with the PERFECT view. You are just steps away from amusements, restaurants, great fishing and one of the best beaches at the Jersey shore with no need to get in the car until you head home. Most of our renters are return customers. A great vacation getaway!
