A perfect vacation retreat, this beautiful fully renovated 1500 sqf., 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house situated NE of Fort Myers, 20 min. from the airport, 40-45 min. to the beaches is just waiting for you! Enjoy this quiet, safe, well established neighborhood, come to Villa Aurora and take advantage of our private, solar panels heated swimming pool and screened lanai, sit down, relax and admire the view of Lake Camille.
House (including bathrooms and kitchen) was completely renovated in modern style. Two bedrooms have direct entrance to bathroom, one from hallway. Kitchen has granite countertops with bar, side by side refrigerator, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave. Villa was repainted (interior and exterior). Dish Network 250+ channels. There are 6 golf courses, closest one within 2 miles while the furthest away would be 11 miles. Telephone (long distance), internet and utilities included. Sorry, NO pets.

Excellent stay!

Loved this property! My sister and I rented this home because we are from the area but now live out of state and came back to visit family. The home is spacious and well kept. It was clean and well equipped as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very nice which was definitely a plus! It's centrally located so it's just a short driving distance from everything! Our host Val was easy to communicate with and returned messages quickly and was super accommodating! We will definitely be returning!! Thanks again!!

Memories made

My family and I came down from Michigan for spring break. It was easy to find the house. The direction to check in was simple and easy to follow. Quite neighborhood. We got in late on our first night. Val sent a text the next day to make sure we made and if we had any questions. She was easy to text and respond when we did have questions or concerns. The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen had a lot of what we needed. The extra beach towels were nice to have. We went through several day with swimming so much. It was nice to have the washer abs drier. My kids loved the pool right outside the slider door. They loved waking up and being able to swim while I made breakfast. We loved having the lanai to kept the bug out. We made many memories and loved everything about this property. We will be renting again from Val.

Overall the home and pool were great. Pool temp stayed between 84-90. Only drawback was location in regards to restaurants and things to do. Everything seemed to take 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to get to where you were going. Golf courses were pricey in that area of Florida.

Although the house was okay. We did encounter a few problems and had wished we would have received better response from the property owner. The master toilet has a horrible leak and flooded the bathroom. The owner stated he was not aware, but you can tell from the molded baseboard they’ve had that issue for awhile. We had to wash a lot of dirty plates that were in the cupboard and I let the owner know. We also had to dump the molded leftover coffee left in the coffeemaker and wash it out. I informed the owner, he was apologetic about it but offered no discount on the cleaning. The remotes for the tv’s were mixed up and took us a little bit to figure them out. Very frustrating. When we arrived our first day it was about 3 pm, we were looking forward to a nice swim in the heated pool. My husband took the cover off, and we were going to unwind with our grandson. The pool was ice cold. The next day after our day at the beach, I called the owner to find out why the pool was cold. He told us to keep the cover on when not in use. I told him we have but the pool is NOT heated. He could MOT offer any answer. Guest bedroom sheets were ripped, mold in the other bathroom and the ceiling fans were very noisy. Would not recommend this home. They need to invest some much needed TLC before putting it on the VRBO app.
