The Neighborhood

- The condo is around 800 meters from Robinson and a community mall called Nim City Daily.
- Around 2 km. far form Chiang Mai gate and Wua Lai street (Saturday Walking Street) which can be accessed through a short cut from the condo.
- There is a big pool + tennis court nearby in just 1-2 km. from the condo.

Getting Around

There are always some tuk tuks and red cabs on this road. But if you plan to stay long term, renting a scooter or bicycle is the easiest way to get around in town.

Other Things to Note

Rate includes internet and cable tv, but exclude usage of electricity and water, which will be charged by the meter at near cost-price. This way is most fair for both parties.
Average usage of utilities is between 20 and 100 baht per day, mainly depending on (excessive) usage of air conditioning.
