2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with new design furniture. Quiet and spacious (1300 sqf/ 120 sqm). Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms and walk-in closets. Bedrooms are located in different end of apartment, that gives enough privacy also for two families.

Apartment has nice covered balcony next to kitchen to sip coffee and enjoy your meals al fresco. View to the small lake with fountain.

High speed Internet/ Wifi (download speed up to 75 mbit/s) throughout the apartment and balcony.

Kitchen with fully equipped amenities and brand new appliances. Fridge with thru-the-door ice and filtered water. You can forget about carrying those water bottles around. Regular Cuisinart coffee-maker and Nespresso coffee-maker with capsules for espresso, cappuccino and latte.

Brand new 50" Sony TV with 70+ channels in living room.

Quality bedding, extra comfort memory foam firm mattresses in both bedrooms. Smaller bedroom has queen size bed, bigger bedroom has king-size bed. There is also one air-mattress and baby portable crib available. Extra sheets and comforter blankets available.

Brand new washing machine and dryer in unit. Check also other amenities available from the list or let me know if you have any questions.

Guest have the entire apartment for them to use.
This is a gated community. Guest will have access to heated community pool, gym, tennis courts and children playground.
Grocery store is in 600 feet. Gardens Mall and Downtown are also both in walking distance.
5-10 minutes drive to Juno Beach, McArthur Beach Park and golf courses.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We are renting out our own holiday home, therefore we wont be there ourselves, but we are quick to response on VRBO, via phone call or sms. Our property manager is on the site to help you with everyday questions and meet you in apartment for check-in.

10 minutes walk to Downtown - also features many shops and restaurants, carousel for children and Cinema.

Great Condo in a Super Location

The condo is freshly updated, very clean and in a perfect location to everything, and anything you could need in Palm Beach Gardens. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to all our question and needs. The complex is great and has a wonderful pool, hot tub, BBQ area along with 2-tennis courts directly behind the unit, all within a short walk from the condo. The kitchen is very spacious and the bedrooms have huge closets and the king beds were very comfortable. This unit is top notch and it would be our pleasure for us to return again and highly recommend it!
