Moved back to have more quality time with family and get back to the slower, more nurturing Vermont way of life. I missed the mountains and seasons and feel right at home. Cat mom, line dancer, DIY/crafter, Realtor, Interior Design Stylist, and discoverer of the best local gluten-free spots. I take care of my grandmother during the week and love to day-trip on weekends (when I'm not selling houses). I have a stellar group of friends/resources all tapped into the local social events and hidden gems, ready to help make your stay one you'll never forget.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is so centrally located that you only need a car if you feel like driving. Minutes away from the center of downtown, you'll come across independent cafes, the farmers market, mom and pop take-out spots, along with your major retailers and unique restaurants found only in Rutland, not to mention the parks and hiking trails just around the block. You've got the creek to the west, the VT State Fair Grounds to the south, Downtown to the east and Pine Hill Park to the north. And no matter which direction you venture, more activities await!
What makes this property unique
The entire townhouse comes fully furnished and has been renovated since 2021. There's a brand new dedicated hot water tank that you will not have to share with any other units, same with the mini-splits in all of the bedrooms. Kitchen appliances are brand new as of 2024. There are spacious closets in every room. You have your own private front and back entrances (one keyless and one lockbox). Your very own front porch has two rocking chairs, a bench, and string lights on a timer. All utilities are included (even for longer stays): high-speed fiber internet, electric, water, heat, trash, snow removal, all of it! Open to mid/long-term renters looking for their own private getaway for an entire season.
