2/10 Terrible

DO NOT STAY HERE
Especially if you have a dog. There is an electrical supply company behind the building that starts loading/unloading trucks from 5 am until 9 pm. There is non-stop banging, dropping pallets on the ground, beeping of forklifts, etc. My dog was inconsolably shaking, panting, and drooling after the first two weekdays and had to be put on anxiety meds. There are at least 2 aggressive dogs in the building and one lunged at us getting off the elevator causing me to fall and wreck my back. The day after that there were signs posted all over the building warning residents to lock their doors at all times because thieves were stealing packages and trying to break into apartments. The building is nice but it’s located in a sketchy area, which you would not know unless you live in Tacoma. I was unaware. The toilet seat was very loose and didn’t stay open on its own by the last few days. I emailed several times, but no one came to fix it. I’m guessing the last person to stay there had the same problem with it. I also reported issues with WiFi, but there was no help with that, either. The router/modem is in a wall panel that cannot be accessed so there is no way to reset it. You just have to wait and hope it works again at some point. On top of all of this, I received constant notifications to schedule a cleaning then realized I would have to pay an additional 200 for someone to clean. We moved out 5 days early and they offered a 10% refund. I wish I had stayed in a hotel.
