The location was nice, and there was a great lake view and beach on the property. There was also a nice outdoor seating area by the water and gas grills available for use.
The drawbacks were that the room smelled of mildew, and there was no hot water for the sink. The shower had hot water, but be aware that there was no complimentary shampoo or conditioner.
We enjoyed having the beach so close. Everyone was friendly. The Place was nice and clean.
Quiet and gorgeous area.
Once finding the property it was easy getting around. The property is beautiful and right on Lake Erie. The manager was amazing and very helpful. We would stay there
My husband and I brought our toddler and had a great time. The first day we got there we pulled in, shook hands with the one of the owners as we got out of our vehicle and basically that was our check in. She said our room was unlocked and we could go ahead. The room was simple and clean. It was what we were expecting from the pictures we’d viewed before bookie. We unloaded our things, changed and walked down to the beach area. It was about 100 yards across a field that was pleasantly shaded and had a great view of the lake as we approached. The beach was small but there was plenty of room for us to set up a spot and dig in the sand and go out to the water. There wasn’t much around as far as gas or coffee but the drive wasn’t too far - 10 minutes or so. We will be back.
Beautiful beach access
We truly loved our stay here. Bonfires on the beach every night and friendly owners. I felt we hit the jackpot in finding this little motel.
