OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• POOL HEATING: This is recommended from October through April to enhance the enjoyment of your pool time. This home has a new electric pool heater and requires a 3-day minimum for the service to be activated. The cost is $35 per day and is best added prior to arrival so the pool is warm when you arrive.
• SPA: If you would like the spillover spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• PET FRIENDLY: This is a pet-friendly listing for pets who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your pets qualify. There is an additional flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time. All pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
• LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 14 days of the arrival date must check in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-paid cards are not accepted.

Disappointing

We stayed at this property for two months. We were very disappointed that the photos in the listing are misleading. They are outdated and do not represent the current state of the house. The window blinds in two of the bedrooms have broken and missing slats. The vertical blinds on the sliding glass doors are worn and pieces are missing. The couches in the living room are uncomfortable, worn and stained, and do not provide enough seating for all guests. We found stains or tears on the mattress covers of 4 of the 5 beds when we went to wash the sheets. But the biggest problem by far with this house is the carpeting which should have been replaced years ago. It covers the majority of the floor, it’s worn and stained, and is not ideal for a pet friendly rental. On a positive note: The property management staff was very responsive and addressed all identified concerns quickly. The house has a nice layout with each bedroom having a bathroom adjacent. The location is great in terms of being a reasonable distance to drive to Disney and other parks. This property may be better suited for short-term stays. Note to Vrbo: two of the reviews for this listing are each copied/posted three times and this should be corrected.

Property was bland and could use some updating. Ugly things in kitchen above cabinets need to go. Could also use new carpeting as it was stained. Neighborhood looks run down and houses are close together, saw neighbors feet in window whole time we were swimming. If you book, be prepared to get hit with secondary fees after the fact to heat pool and use grill. Traffic is horrible. Would do better to pay more and stay in Orlando closer so less time wasted driving.

Nice neighborhood

Overall it was a great place. Needs a new carpet and when we called about the door lock they said someone would get back to us and never did. Good thing there was a key! Kitchen had everything needed and pool was clean and warm. Very comfortable beds.
