Patio cement, dirty, peeling. Windows need cleaning and ceilings and kitchen ceiling lights dirty, dusty, heavily soiled residue from cooking . I still love the place just needs some TLC. I washed shower curtains and replaced liners and hooks, cleaned off rods. Bought entry rug , and two more for entries for patio door. All marked SH 112.

Beautiful views

The condo has amazing views and a perfect location to great restaurants and attractions. However, the furniture in the living room is in great need of replacing. The master bed is extremely hard . The complex is very quiet and small which is nice.

Great condo rental!

The Sea Haven Condo was perfect for our trip. The view was great from the balcony and the beach was a short walk from the unit and the beach ramp doesn’t have steps to lug your stuff up! The condo was clean and the large dining table was great for family games. Plenty of towels and linens. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Vacation at Sea Haven 112

We spent a wonderful week at Sea Haven 112. The condo was exactly as described, very clean, well maintained and the view from the patio and master bedroom was just fantastic. Additionally, the complex is well kept, the pool was so clean and easily accessible and you can drive on the beach so its easy to take all your chairs and coolers down there for the day. The condo easily accommodated 3 teenagers and a young adult along with us older adults. Advice: the water pressure in the condo is not great so it's tough to rinse your hair if you have thick hair. Also, we like to cook all of our meals on vacation because we have a large family. There is a hodge lodge of pots and pans and none of them are non-stick so if this is important to you, bring your own cookware. The knives are not sharp either so it's very difficult to cut a steak. There are plenty of towels, the sheets are soft, the beds are super comfy, the AC works really well, and the pizza place across the street is fantastic! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was as described , beautiful , ocean front , completely furnished with everything you need . I would have given 5 stars , but whom ever cleans this unit does a poor job . Left over water bottle between cushion of sofa , looks as though the floors had been swept but dust and crumbs every where , mold on shower curtain liner in both bathrooms I would not have mentioned this but it was very noticeable In spite of all of this We Loved this Condo :) and had a wonderful time !!!
