Park your car and bike everywhere! It is 5 minutes to downtown TC by car. The cozy apartment includes a full kitchen, bath, dining room and living room with a sofa bed. The apartment is in the lower level of a home with a separate entrance in the back. Truly a hidden gem.

Hidden, Clean & Convenient

This little apartment is exactly as explained. Very clean and stocked well with towels, and amenities for a comfortable stay. The little path behind the house leading to the trail is truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed a beautiful jog and hike. I wish we could have stayed longer and brought our bikes. Unfortunately not enough time this trip.

Great access to the bike trail

This location is great if you plan on riding the bike trail. Close ride to town as well. However, it is a basement apartment it was damp inside. We left the doors n windows open an it seemed to help. But if you have allergies like me it can be rough. But the location fantastic. The trail through the wooded area is not well groomed so be very cautious going through. We walked our bikes through and I still fell once. My husband got caught on a log. So just be careful. There were several bags of wood chips in the path. We moved them to widen it for us but it still needs work. As a rental the path should be safer.

Perfect place for 2

Spent 6 nights in this great little house. Everything was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The owner provided a fabulous online booklet of information which made check in/out easy, as well as great information about the area. We used the cooler quite a bit, so we were thrilled it was available. We went to several grocery stores… the co-op was very expensive, Tom’s was convenient because it was so close, but our favorite was Meijer, because of the options and prices. We took advantage of the Leelanau trail behind the house for a lovely morning walk. The house was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Delightful bike themed stay

Perfect amount of space for the two of us. Loved the coffee. Quick walk to the bike trail. Thanks for letting us put bikes in the garage. Everything we needed. Loved the fun bike decor, too.

We are avid runners, bikers and skiers. I have biked all over the world and love biking here the best. We have lived here for decades and love Traverse City!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is tucked away in a residential neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Go out the back door, walk through the woods and you are on the Leelanau Trail. Bike 3 miles to the right and you end up in Traverse City. Bike 14 miles to the left and you are in Suttons Bay. Leelanau county has some of the best road biking in the world. Bikers Heaven.
The apartment was finished in May of 2016 - everything is brand new. It is a great place to base your adventures from.
