Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with private landscaped front and back yards.
This home is about 200 yards from one of the best beaches in Orange County with a gorgeous walking/bike path to the famous San Clemente pier. The Coaster (Amtrak) can easily transport you to L.A. or San Diego for a day trip while vacationing.
The quaint San Clemente main streets with great restaurants, stylish boutiques, antique stores, surf shops and wonderful tea and coffee houses are within walking distance.
This home is a double story with an inviting patio in the front yard. The back yard has a patio area to relax on while taking in the sea air and for those who have spent the day on the beach they can rinse off in the outdoor shower. There is also a gas as well as charcoal BBQ and a patio table with chairs for outdoor dining.
The lower level of this home has a spacious open plan living area and dining area. The kitchen boasts granite counters and tile work. Carpets and tile have been recently replaced downstairs with wood look luxury vinyl tile. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed.
The second floor features two large bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. The one bedroom has a California King size bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The other bedroom can easily accommodate 4, with two beds, each with a pull out trundle. This room also has a flat screen in it. Internet access throughout including televisions.
There is no central air conditioning. There is heating for cool winter months.
With just steps to the beach you'll be sure to enjoy your stay at this home away from home.

Perfect Temporary Living Situation

We were looking for a comfortable place to live and work remotely during a construction project at our home. This beach house was ideal - plenty of work space for both of us, and the house was equipped for people who were "really going to live here" (not just be on vacation). The kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need (even a meat thermometer!) and both the indoor and outdoor spaces were great. Plus, you can't beat the location - it's literally just steps to the beach access.

Will Go Back

The beach was a short walk away. I took older parents and while they were able to make the stairs and the steep incline up and down from the beach, it was more challenging. The forced exercise is great but may not be for everyone. All houses in the neighborhood had this same “issue” so this is not a reflection of the stay or the home, but good to consider. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was great and we would go back!

Amazing home!

Susan was great to work with! Our favorite things about the property were the nice front and back yard and how easy it was to get to the beach and hang out. Also that it was dog friendly. We would definitely stay again as the house and location were lovely.

We didn’t want to leave this wonderful place

This is the perfect house for a long-term family vacation. We stayed for five weeks and loved every minute of it. Susan is a very responsive and gracious host. The house was as good as the pictures, if not even better. Very comfortable, fantastic location, and just the right size for a family of five and a dog. We didn’t want to leave, and we hope to come back! San Clemente is such a great beach town!

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed here with our two year old daughter and puppy for two months. For the second month, both sets of in-laws stayed, each for two weeks. We had an amazing time! The house was clean, well stocked with supplies, and the location can’t be beat. The yard was awesome, used it every day! Susan was a wonderful host, would stay again in a heartbeat!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property because of it's location to the beach and downtown area. The home is also very well set up and we love the fact that it has an open garden feel to it.

What makes this property unique

Half a block from the beach. Walking distance to the pier along the beach. Beach path in both directions. Train station close by.
Although there is not a sea view from the house, the water is only a half a block walk away. House is very secure with front and back yard area.
