Property 314 is a cute and charming pet-friendly waterfront cottage located in Moultonborough on Lake Winnipesaukee with a great level yard. This one story Ambrose Cove classic home has two bedrooms sleeping five; one has a queen bed, and the other has a full. There is also a pullout sofa bed for additional sleeping. The furnishings are casual camp-style with updated upholstery and bedding. The source of heat is a wood stove. Relax on the screen porch with lovely lake views or down by the water at the natural shore-front with easy access into the lake.

The dock at this property can accommodate up to a 30 ft. boat and is the perfect spot to watch boats at the Marina. The cottage is just a 20 minute drive to beautiful downtown Wolfeboro for excellent options in dining and shopping, as well as being close to many other Lakes Region attractions. *Please park in driveway only*

Cozy and Relaxing

The place is cozy and the neighborhood was beautiful. Everyone was super friendly. We loved watching the boats and so being right by a marina was a plus for us. Our dog loved the closed in porch and spent most of his time laying out there watching the boats come in. I would recommend you bring a bug repellent as at dusk the mosquitoes are out there full force.

Nice Rustic Lake Cottage

This is a nice cottage. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch late at night when it was surprisingly quiet considering the heavy populated area that can be noisy during the day. The dock is nice.. we enjoyed launching our kayaks and going around the lake. Most days were quite windy so the kayaking was a bit of a challenge but lots of fun. We took out the rowboat once on a windy day and laughed a lot as I tried to control it with the undersized oars. The property manger was very responsive and immediately addressed any questions. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a rustic lake experience and is not to concerned about privacy.

no complaints

Far enough from neighbors to offer good privacy. Most of boat traffic was far across the bay, only had slow no wake traffic coming into marina two doors down. We were very happy there.
