Hi there! My name is Lisa. My husband, Brian and I bought this house as a weekend get-away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Eventually, we made the move to Lava Hot Springs full time when our son started 1st grade (he is now in 10th). We loved the idea of the small class sizes and the eclectic and diverse vibe of this small town. We love the people here, the friends we have made, and the peace we have found. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we did. We now live just a few blocks away!
Why they chose this property
We frequently travelled to Lava Hot Springs from Salt Lake City for weekend escapes. We stayed at our favorite motels/rental homes, but ultimately came across this lovely vacation home while on a daily walk - and here we are now! Love this place!
What makes this property unique
We love this property because of it's location - on Main Street, but on the quiet end of town. The deck is private, the distance to town is 4 short blocks. The house is also close to the city park and a beautiful river walk.
