It’s a wonderful location, right in the middle of Federal Hill and basically next door/down the street to a lot of restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed our stay there. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The only negative was that the heating vents in one of the rooms was not working, and there were white specks on one side of the bed (I think from debris that had fallen from the ceiling vent or the windows), but these were both relatively minor issues in the end.

Safety concerns
I booked this apartment for 2 of my coaches that were in town for a volleyball tournament. The property is owned by a management company. Their communication response time was good, but it was hard to get the information necessary to check in to them. They require IDs to be submitted prior to receiving the check in codes, which was fine, however, the VRBO communication tool doesn't allow you to attach documents. When they gave me an email to send the documents to, it had to be sent via several messages through the communication tool as the tool blocks out email addresses. Check in was fine for the coaches when they arrived at the property.Once in the apartment, the coaches noticed that the floor in the living room had a significant downward slope into the center of the room and that when they walked through the middle the floor sagged even more and was soft. They felt as if the integrity of the floor was compromised and represented a safety concern. Additionally, the light switches in one of the bedrooms was not set properly and also posed a hazard. Finally, the coaches had reports that several cars had been stolen in the neighborhood in the previous weeks. My coaches ended up not staying at the property and found other accommodations in the area.
