Love the underground parking. Close to everything. Apartment well appointed. Noise was not an issue for us- we wear earplugs! Some siren and car noise is to be expected. This is our second stay with this particular renter, we always have a good experience!

Great location but very noisy

Quick trip to Victoria to drop my son off at school. Good location, pleased parking was included. The unit was very noisy due to traffic and birds. Unit was Clean, master bed mattress could use an upgrade. It's very soft and you roll to the middle.

Nice place, good location. *only one key*

The only real issue we had with our stay was that there was only one key for entry to the building. It was a pain having to communicate with our friends if our plans had changed. Also it was quite expense for how nice the place actually was. Would stay again, will not be our first option

Fine place

This was a nice apartment in a pretty good location. Probably better in cool weather. Pros: -Near frequent transit -Walkable to the Empress, etc -Great shower!! -Well equipped kitchen -Nice building -Secure -Well organized and efficient managers Cons: -Comically noisy with the windows open. Something about this buildings, this floor, and the surrounding streetscape funnel street noise in so it's like you're in the middle of both streets the building faces. It was warm enough when we were there to need windows open. When we closed the windows to leave it became eerily quiet. So non-issue for winter? -Couch and chairs weren't super comfortable for hanging out. -Tub not made for the unlimber or short of leg (though totally worth it for the shower) I would stay here again, especially in cooler weather.

Fair building in a terrible location.

The unit was nice but in a very noisy location!!! We heard trucks, motorcycles, barking dogs, and street noise ALL NIGHT LONG!! TERRIBLE LOCATION!! We have stayed in NYC on Times Square before & NYC is quieter than this location. We would NEVER stay there again & I DO NOT recommend the place at all.

Good location.

You have to bring earplugs the noise is ongoing. There is no real air conditioning so the windows have to stay open. The rooms are relatively small but adequate. The lock to the bathroom from the master bedroom does not work so if more that one couple you have to knock or arrange some signal to know in use. Need more pillows for stays of more that 4 people. Good location though very central.

Great central location!

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
