The property is located at Rua 1000 - privative garage, well ventilated and sunny, in a quiet street and at the same time one block from the beach, 70 meters from the boardwalk, backs of Lojas Americanas, on the street of the gallery that gives access to Camelódromo , close to several restaurants (under the building has the Mega Restaurant), hotels (Madeira Island and Sibara), Matriz Santa Ines church, and around an entire infrastructure, pharmacies, supermarkets, taxi rank, bus stop, hairdressers , parking lots, etc. The building has 2 elevators and a collective barbecue.

Excelente apartamento!!!

Estive com minha familia no apto por uma semana de 26/12 a 02/01/19 e o sr. Marco proprietário nos recebeu prontamente, foi muito atencioso, explicando prontamente todas as nossas perguntas. Apto excelente encontramos limpo e arrumado, idêntico as fotos. Ótima localização muito próximo a praia, tem tudo perto. Indico a todos.
