I grew up in Clemson SC, I love spending time with family, watching Sports and reading. I enjoy being a host because I get the opportunity to provide a service for others and allow them to experience the area in a family friendly way.
Why they chose this property
This is a beautiful master planned community with walking, biking and running trails, playgrounds, beautiful landscaped grounds, picnic areas, a community recreation center with a pool, fitness center and 8ndoor basketball courts. It's close to everything in Port Charlotte. Conviently located on US 41 and SR 776, adjacent to Centenial Park, restaurants, retail shops and numerous entertainment options.
What makes this property unique
The home offers versatile living, an open design that's great for entertaining and a covered and screened Lanai for great outdoor experiences.
