About T. Anthony
We are from Seattle, WA.
T. Anthony purchased this House in 2016
Why T. Anthony chose Phinney Ridge
Seattle is an amazing beautiful city with so much to do and explore. Our house is located in one of the best neighborhoods, close to pretty much everything, very close downtown. We are also walking distance to restaurants and Green Lake, Ballard, Queen Anne, and the Woodland Zoo are just minutes away. Hard to believe you are so close to everything that Seattle offers.
What makes this House unique
Our home is cosy, comfortable, and super adorable located in a tranquil neighborhood near pretty much everything in Seattle.
100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Family Wedding Week
The house was perfect for our week long stay.
The layout of the house allowed the young family their privacy downstairs while Grandma was able to remain on the main floor bedroom area. This is something we look for since we love having all four generations together!
The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. Fred Meyers is nearby.
We focused on our Son’s Wedding and reception as well as family meals at the house.
A better frying pan/lid and a couple of extra towels would have been appreciated. But those were minor details.
Ellen and her cleaning crew were gracious in allowing my Mother and I a later check- out due to our flight schedule. So appreciated.
We highly recommend this house.
The owners have done a terrific job of maintaining the character of this craftsman home while updating it with modern amenities. Our party of 6 had plenty of space and didn't utilize the futon in the fourth bedroom. The chocolate and wine welcome gifts were greatly appreciated and we enjoyed the convenient location, as we walked to Oliver's Twist, Ken's Market, several ice-cream and coffee shops, and our daughter's house a few blocks away. Thank you for providing us with a well-appointed house for our special getaway in Seattle!
100% as advertised and shown!
Great updated property close to everything Ballard and 100% as advertised and shown! We used this lovely home as our base camp on our recent trip home to Seattle. Enough beds for our 2 kids and grandparents to come and go as they pleased.
Tony and Ellen put a few nice touches out during our stay including, Kcup coffees, a welcome bottle of wine, and shelves were stocked with basics.
We would recommend this for any family looking for the comforts of a real home and convenience of location; everything seemed to be within a 10 min drive or Uber.
The owners were super accessible, not that we needed them, and responsive during our stay.
Great time in Seattle
This house had it all - wonderful owners, great location that was a short drive to many attractions, comfortable beds and a great neighborhood. Highly recommend this home! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us.
Perfect for a family!
We planned a last minute trip to visit Seattle for the first time and this house was the perfect place to land after 13 hour days in Seattle and surrounding areas. Just minutes from the city, this house sits in a quaint and quiet older neighborhood. There are many restaurants nearby (we enjoyed Razzi’s and the Eggnest and Ezzall’s chicken) as well as grocery stores. Also near a small lake with a wonderful path around it and a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream! We have three boys, ages 5,11 and 14. This house fit our family very well. In fact they all slept downstairs in the basement while my husband and I stayed upstairs. Everything was updated and new and very clean. The days were warm while we were there, but the house had lots of screened windows to open and the breeze made it very comfortable, There are fans in every room too. Owners were out of the country during our stay, but they still communicated via email and were very nice. You could tell they really cared about our stay. We never needed anything, but if we had they gave a local contact to get in touch with. We would stay here again!
