great views!

Comfortable space, short walk to beach, amazing views of the powerful ocean! We enjoyed the private hot tub, and also played pickleball, the courts were close by.

Weekend Getaway

We had 2 families stay for a weekend getaway. There were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortable. The hot tub onsite was what convinced my husband for this house. The location and access to the beach was great. The drive to the Monterey Aquarium was about 25-30min drive for a small day trip. Overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

Serenity on the Coast

Location Location Location! Really can’t ask for more.. Views are amazing! The property itself was well stocked with all the amenities however the unit is in need of updating.

Enjoyable stay.

My family of 9 includes 4 teenagers. House was clean and offered more than enough room for all of us. Beach access was fantastic. Check in process at front gate was super easy and staff there was most courteous and helpful. Overall impression was very good and we would definitely stay there again.

Great Place to Stay!

My family has been going to Monterey Dunes Colony for decades and this house was a lovely place to stay. Overall, it fit our needs and having the private hot tub (which was working!) was an added bonus. Only complaints: the dining chairs, couches, and some of the beds were not super comfortable. Like most rentals in the Monterey Dunes Colony, the furniture seemed old and a little too broken in. That being said, you really cannot beat being right on the beach. There is not other place like the Colony!
