Relax in this 2-bed, 1-bath home with new flooring, fresh paint, upgraded appliances, and a fully updated kitchen. One queen bedroom plus a second with a full-over-full bunk, all with plush memory foam mattresses for your comfort!
Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cozy home, located in a safe neighborhood of North Tacoma, perfect for families. Brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, in addition to fresh paint, window coverings and a brand new kitchen, complete with new appliances! The living room, kitchen and bedrooms feature large windows that invite in abundant natural light.

Located just minutes from Puget Sound, downtown Tacoma and the towns of Ruston, Fircrest and University Place. Whether you're in town for work or play, you'll find yourself conveniently located to everything you need!
➤ Kitchen: You'll find plenty of counter space in our newly remodeled kitchen with eating area. Our new quartz countertops provide ample room if you want to cook a meal in, or even do some baking! Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking and baking equipment you will need, and we just added all new stainless steel appliances.
➤ The Living Room has a large sectional with ottoman and 60" smart TV for all your streaming needs.
➤ Master bedroom has a queen bed and a 50" smart TV. Memory foam mattress with hotel quality linens, duvet and pillows.
➤ Bunk room has a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for a second couple and the kids. Bunk beds also feature the same hotel quality amenities as the master bed room.
➤ Dedicated Workspace: The second bedroom also has a desk and chair where you can work in peace, courtesy of our fast WiFi from Xfinity.
➤ Our main bathroom is small, so we added a large vanity in the mudroom / laundry room area, giving you plenty of space to get ready for a night out in downtown!
➤ Laundry: We have brand new, full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room, and its available for your use during your stay!
➤ Outdoor Space: Our home also features a large, fully fenced back yard with a spacious deck.
