Modern luxury two floor penthouse, 130m2, is located in Nova Mokošica, just 12 km from the Old Town- historical center of Dubrovnik. Apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood, surrounded with greenery overlooking the olive trees. From the balcony and the terrace you can enjoy the stunning view of the Adriatic sea, river Ombla, ACI marina and the mountain Srđ. The whole area is a quiet place.
The upper floor has two twin rooms, one bathroom with the shower and a master bedroom with the private bathroom (en suite room) equipped with hydro massage bathtub for two, hairdryer, and the private balcony.
The lower floor has toilet, fully equipped modern kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, machine, microwave, fridge, dishes, water kettle, and toaster), dining area with spacious living room, LCD TV, indoor fireplace, and terrace.

Apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free WI-FI, private parking and outside barbecue.

The nearest beach is 5 km away, grocery shop 150 m, and just 300 m away are caffe bars, fast food, bistro...
The bus stop, with frequent lines to the Old Town, is just 200 m away. In UNESCO listed Old Town you can explore the city walls, museums, churches…With cable car you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic view of the Old City and islands.
The main bus station and harbor are 8 km away. International Dubrovnik airport is 25 km away, and we offer the transportation service on request and with the surcharge.

Short Stay near Dubrovnik

We really enjoyed our four night stay at Marijana’s apartment, she was extremely friendly and welcoming. She organised a day out on a speedboat to the Elaphite Islands which was amazing! We would thoroughly recommend it as well as taking the ferry boat out to Lokrum Island.

Dream Stay in Dubrovnik

We were totally amazed by the graciousness of our host Marijana, she helped with our luggage and left wine and a few necessities in the fridge to get us started and provided cake, candles and sparkling wine when she learned we were celebrating a milestone birthday. Her advice as to the places to visit and restaurants to try were spot on. The penthouse was modern, bright, spacious and clean with amazing views to the Ombla river, it had all the amenities to make us feel at home. Private parking was available for our car and was very welcome as parking around the old town was difficult. Marijana gave us the bus schedule which was a 5 min. walk away and would take us to Dubrovnik old town in 20 minutes. There was also a supermarket at walking distance. We loved Dubrovnik, loved the penthouse and were very grateful for our super host Marijana. Would go back again anytime. The only recommendation to our host would be the addition of a toaster to the kitchen. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

The best apartment and host we could imagine

We really liked the apartment, it is very beautiful and well equipped and has nice interior design. The house is located on a hill in Nova Mokosica, a residential neighborhood where you live like a local. Close to the apartment is a small supermarket where you get the most important things. You have access to the bus to Dubrovnik 50m from the apartment, too, that takes you in 20 minutes to Dubrovnik. However, we still recommend to have a car to be flexible and go on trips in the area. Moreover we had a perfect host. Marijana prepared everything with love for detail (e.g. complimentary amenities and welcome food platter), provided very good ideas for trips and helped us to make the stay unforgetable. We highly recommend to do a boat trip to the three islands stretching out in front of Dubrovnik's coast that Marijana arranged for us. You will not regret it.
