My place is great for year round activities for everyone. Skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, golfing, and fishing. Short 20 minute drives to Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Winter Park. Restaurants, grocery shopping, and more nearby. You'll love my place because of the convenience to the mountain and all it has to offer. It's a great place to getaway with friends, family, or as a couple. Granby Short Term Rental Permit #002622

Accurate Description

The condo was at the base of a lift - less than 20 steps to the chair lift. Condo was well appointed and cozy. Perfect for our short stay. Communication with property manager was excellent. Would recommend and stay again.

Bumpy start but then great stay

Unit hadn’t been cleaned by our 5pm checking time. Host responded to text and voicemail in about 45 minutes, and cleaners arrived 1 hour later. Other than that mixup we had a great stay. Location couldn’t be better for skiing at Granby Ranch. Just a few steps from chairlift. Fireplace was cozy, complex was quiet. No complaints, would stay again

Not the Hyatt, but you can’t beat the view!

The property is modest. It could use some sprucing up, but holy moly, what a view!! It’s walking distance fr Base Camp; has a cozy fireplace. This is a ground floor room, with a nice “backyard”. Owner made sure finding the prop, and checking in was easy, peasy. A definite PLUS. Modernize the furniture and spruce it up, I’d give it 5 stars. As is 3, to 3.5.

Nice cozy little condo. Our only issue was the comfort level of the couch. It was pretty small and uncomfortable. Everything else was great and we would stay there again. The owners went out of their way to bring us a pack n play for my daughter to sleep in and that is top notch in my book. Thank you!
