PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR AVAILABILITY ON THIS. Recently totally renovated. New hardwood floors lead to warm carpeted bedrooms. Across the street is a Caribou Coffee shop. A four star award winning chef prepares Cajun style food across the street at Brassa Restaurant. Walk, jog or bike on the beautiful Summit Ave. one block from Grand. For fun ride the peddle pub on Grand. You are minutes from downtown and from the airport. The 1100 sq ft apartment has wifi, high def Comcast TV and all amenities. The second floor apartment has new HVAC system heating and air conditioning. Never worry about finding parking. The building includes a large back parking lot for our guest. Location is good, nicely furnished, everything that is needed was there! A bit of unexpected construction in back made things a little inconvenient. Gary worked with us to make the stay good

Nice apt in a great spot
Very nice property, and a great host. It's not really a three bed apt. It's a two bed with a pullout couch, and those are what the are.

Quiet and great location!
A very clean and large apartment right in the heart of Grand Ave. with easy access to lots of great restaurants and shops. Gary was very welcoming with unsolicited, and appreciated, follow-up calls to any questions we might have. Would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay at again!

So Pleased
We had family in from out of town and I was apprehensive of it being loud or unkept. I was so wrong! Gorgeous property and so beautifully laid out. They thought of everything! My family raves about it and enjoyed spending time relaxing or wandering around Grand Avenue when we weren’t together. I would most definately recommend! Thank you so much! Your special little touches, the treats and details.. it was all so lovely and appreciated.

What makes this property unique

This a short walk to many of the most popular shops and restaurants in the area. You will be very comfortable and secure with off street lighted parking that leads to the 2nd floor apartment. It is very well insulated and very quite. A great place to eat, sleep and enjoy the ambiance of Grand.
