In the same time by car, reach all amenities in either, St.Bonnet Tronçais, Ainay-le-Chateau, or Cerilly. General description.
Maison de l'Etang, is situated in the hamlet of Troncais and beside the beautiful 40 acre fishing lake. The house has a simply appointed, apartment, overlooking the lake with superb uninterrupted, panoramic views.

The apartment has a spacious hall leading into the 'L' shaped lounge area with double french doors leading onto a traditional balcony (lovely for cool breezes on those scorching hot days!).
The apartment also contains a kitchen/diner. From the hall there are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
