Double booked this place

This place was nice, great area, fun atmosphere and really cute apartment. HOWEVER, they double booked the room so we were told to stay in a guest suite instead. When we got to the guest suite it was obvious someone just evacuated the place. Blankets were wadded on the couch, floor and couch were dirty, dishes dirty in dishwasher and the tv was still on..we reserved and paid for the place a month in advance and were told the room wasn’t paid for and couldn’t get the keys. we were NOT given a discount or any accommodations for the inconvenience. I recommend not booking through VRBO for this place. HORRIBLE way to end our family trip.
