Located at the far end of the Duneside Villa community, the renovated villa is an easy walk to the beach.

When you enter, ascend the steps to the second floor to find gorgeous ocean views and the villa’s primary living areas. The living room offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to the back oceanview deck. Fully equipped for preparing your vacation meals, the open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, and dark countertops contrasted against light cabinetry. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with access to the screened porch and back deck.

The first floor houses three bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom is located by the villa’s entry and offers two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The two back bedrooms have access to the first-floor oceanview deck, which has direct beach boardwalk access. One bedroom features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The second bedroom, the master suite, boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The final bedroom is on the villa’s third floor. This spacious bedroom features two full beds, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower.

Enjoy relaxing on the second-floor screened porch or spacious sundeck with ocean views. The first-floor offers another oceanview deck. This deck has direct access to the beach boardwalk.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
