Great Vacation Rental!

Ram, our host was great to deal with. Any questions that we had were dealt with right away. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed watching the golfers teeing off from the sixth tee. We found it quite chilly sitting out on the patio at times because it faces north and it never gets any sun. Also, beware of trying to park in the garage. It’s extremely narrow and very difficult to park a larger vehicle. We ended up parking on the street. Overall though we were very happy with our stay.

Pretty bare bones. We needed to buy hangers, glasses and a flower vase. The grill didn’t work and needed to be replaced, which was eventually done

No cooling in desert heat

The stay was 5 days of no cooling out of a month. The owner was responsive and sent repairmen but the unit was 20+ yrs old and needed to be replaced. We didn't get the full refund but we received partial refund. But the inconvenience of staying with relatives at night was not good experience. Found another condo and just thankful we survived the heat and the moving.

Great location

Most of your needs met. Not the unit for sun lovers but your dermatologist will approve. (faces north) Couch is past its prime but has a great get and all the electronics you could need. We would certainly come back.
