Located in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado, our Townhome is a tri-level unit, with ground level entry, in the Cedars complex at the base of Peak 9, adjacent to Quick Silver chair lift.

Comfortably furnished with lots of space, our townhome is just like a 'home-away-from-home.' In addition to the amenities listed, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Captain bunk bed. The bottom bunk is a full-size bed and the top bunk is a single. Each bedroom also has a full bath. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper (with electric pump air mattress) in the living area.

With a pool and hot tub just down the block and the downtown shops, entertainment, and dining within walking distance, there is always something available for everyone. Summer time is just as fun as the ski season, with lots of activities. The Summit County area really caters to the tourists. Often, there are festivals of some type going on during the summer, along with all the other recreational activities you would enjoy in a Beautiful Mountain Setting.

During the ski season your Breckenridge lift tickets are also valid at Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Vail. You might consider trying the night skiing at Keystone. There is a shuttle service back and forth to each of the resorts. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, there is also tubing and skating.

Breckenridge Cedars Condo

Our group of 3 adults stayed in this condo for a ski weekend at Breck. Outstanding location. Short walk to Quicksilver lift at base of Peak 9. Short walk to Main St Breck. Condo is 4 levels w bottom level garage, specific to this unit, which was great for ski gear storage. Keep in mind, Peak 9 base gets crowded so hit the slopes early to beat the lift line crowd. Nice condo. Pics and listing are right on. Plenty of space for a group larger than ours and well equipped. Comfortable home feel. Beds were comfortable. Nice updated bathrooms. No fault of Cindy & Bob of course but when we arrived, the cleaning crew had not removed the groceries and food left by the previous guest. It was a little gross that we had to clean leftover plates of food left in the fridge, and filled 2 trash bags with the previous guests leftovers - all upon our arrival. For this reason we rated cleanliness lower. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and ready for our arrival. We would def stay here again and highly recommend for anyone visiting Breck.

Can't beat the sky in/out location!

I grew up skiing in Breckenridge, and my family owned condos in town for years. There really isn't a better ski in/out location than the Cedars! We enjoyed our stay, and it was really nice to have the heated garage to take off all our wet ski gear. I think I speak for the entire family, we will certainly look for this unit again the next time we are in Breckenridge.

Great Family Ski Trip

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 6 adults and 2 kids under 5. Great location, ski in and ski out, easy walking distance to Main St., a good flow of busses, etc. Definitely on our list of places to stay when we come back!

Fun Family Ski Trip

My 3 young adult sons and I came to Colorado from the East Coast to ski for the 1st time out West. The Condo was perfect. Clean, nice decor and layout, plenty of space, and well equipped with all the supplies needed. Easy in-out to the slopes too! Close to town for evening fun as well. I would rent this same place again and we all want to come back again soon!

We are a retired couple residing in Arizona, just north of Phoenix. We like to spend much of the summer months at the unit in Breckenridge so we can be closer to family. We have parents, siblings, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren in Colorado.

Why they chose this property

Originally from Colorado, we wanted someplace we could always come back to. We love Summit County and the Colorado mountains, so it just seemed logical to invest in a short term rental property.
