Mediterranean Guest House, Bulit in 2016

Villa Chiara is a 39 m2 beautiful modern house with a private terrace and a private parking space, built in 2016.

It consists of a lobby, a bathroom, a spacious lounge area with a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. The house is surrounded with olive trees and a beautiful lawn in front.

The lobby has a lot of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom includes a glass shower cabin, a built in toilet, a bidet, a laundry washer and a washbasin with a mirror and a built in storage space. The bedroom includes a king size bed, two night stands and a huge closet. The lounge area includes an air conditioner, a big corner sofa, a coffetable, a stationary bicycle and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes a work counter, a microwave oven, a fridge, an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a sink, a kettle, a coffemaker and a toaster.

A large terrace in front of the house is the ideal place to enjoy the first morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine during the warm summer evenings. It includes a big dinner table for 4 people and a lovely garden furniture to enjoy your stay. Right next to the terrace there is a modern outside shower to use during hot summer days after swimming in the sea.

One private parking space is located next to the house so there is no big hassle with the luggage.

The owners are staying in the house next door and we are always available for any questions or help during your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask as for anything you need. We are also available by phone on the off chance that we are not at home.

The neighborhood

Our house is placed in the cove Kanica, 20 m from the beach and just around the corner of Trogir, Split and Šibenik!

Bars, shops, restaurants and traditional konobas (traditional cuisine) are all within 30 minutes reach by car! If you want a place for spirit rejuvenation, Kanica is the right spot for you and if you wonder why, it's because of the silence and Mediterranean scents in the air mixed with beautiful crystal blue sea.

And our cuisine is absolutely fantastic I assure you ;)

Getting around

The nearest airport is located 40 km from the house (airport SPLIT) and it is possible to arrange transportation from and to the airport for an extra price.

The nearest simple pizzeria and restaurant with a large shaded terrace is located 10 m from the house. It is a great place for coffe in the morning and beer in the evening. Also there is another caffe located about 100 m from the house with a small and cosy shaded terrace and a beautiful view of the beach. To enjoy Dalmatian food we can recommend some restaurants nearby in Rogoznica and Primošten.

The nearest store is located about 5 km from the house but there is a grocery truck that stops by the house every morning at 8:00 h from which you can buy bread, newspapers and other simple groceries.

There is a local bussinesman that organizes short boat trips to the open sea by day and you can even join him for fishing by night. We highly recommend you try this during your stay so you can fully experience the beautiful Dalmatia and Adriatic sea.

There are many routes for lovely long walks and another beach called Žaline is about 10 min away.

If you enjoy nightlife we recommend you visit the open air club Aurora in Primošten which is about 15 min away by car.
