Street parking is very easy, and an off-street garage parking spot may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Bywater is a hip, historic, friendly and laid-back area, with lots of great restaurants, bars, eclectic shops, and local charm within short walking distance of the house.

The Bywater's vibe has been described as "what Brooklyn is trying to be." It's full of musicians and artists, murals, gardens, coffee shops, and award-winning restaurants. It's got unique shops and galleries where you can dig for antique finds and local art, alfresco jazz spots, and the best brunch spots in town!
