About Jennifer Restivo
My husband and I moved to Savannah in 2006 from Carmel, California. We traveled here in 2005 to 'meet the parents' before we married. When I saw the price of real estate for historic homes, the decision was instantly made to travel cross-country for a new adventure! Nearly nine years later we are still excited about our decision. I currently manage two long term rentals and two vacation rentals in the historic landmark district.

Why Jennifer Restivo chose Historic District - North
This space boasts 14 foot ceilings and is less than a 10 minute walk to River Street! It is airy, bright and recently updated. It's location combined with the price is next to none! Walk across the street to enjoy a meal at Cha Bella or grab a Conquistador sandwich at Zunzi's for a picnic in Greene Square.
What makes this Condo unique
Location, location, location. Also, our rates are generally 1/3 to 1/2 of The Brice Hotel, which is two blocks away. For the price, this unit really goes above and beyond a typical hotel. Our beds are very comfy as well. The pull out bed comes with a 3' foam topper to put on top of the mattress to make it just as comfortable as a normal bed.

Savannah in November
The property is centrally located which makes it very easy to explore the downtown, river and historic districts. The outside of the building itself is not a beauty and the unit does have a smell of mildew (we did not open windows). However, we appreciated that the unit is clean and has everything you need to make yourself at home. Jennifer is very responsive.
Birthday weekend in Savannah.
The property doesn’t look like much on the outside but the inside is perfect for a short stay. It has everything anyone needs and is a short walk to many restaurants and shops in the area. The only change we suggest is change the bed. It is way to soft and not firm to get a comfortable night’s sleep. Also the pillows were like a bag of rocks so replacing them is highly recommended. Other than that this little apartment is perfect for a stay in Savannah.
Great location, comfortable apartment
Really great location, easy walk to pretty much all of downtown Savannah. It's small, but plenty of room for a couple. No complaints!
Great location! Park the car & see Savannah from your feet. Easy walk to anywhere.
Our host provided so many good tips from parking to where to eat & what to see.
The unit is clean & functional. When the weather wasn’t cooperating, we were able to go back to the unit & I was to go to the bedroom & get a nap; he could watch football in the family room. You can’t to that in a hotel room.
Adorable cozy townhome in the historic district
Loved our stay. Convenient to everything you want to do in Savannah. Owner was very detailed with parking and suggestions for restaurants. Very comfortable and our four legged baby was happy too. I would stay here again.
Great little space in a great location.
well renovated space in a quiet, charming neighborhood yet only a few short blocks to all the tourist excitement. Would definitely stay there again.
Just steps away from historic Greene Square. On street parking is just outside the door. (Visitor parking passes for metered parking are available at the visitor's center).
