Vista Mar is a spectacular condominium development located in the center of Jaco on one of the loveliest Pacific beaches in Costa Rica. Vista Mar offers luxury living, privacy and unprecedented views of the Pacific Ocean and Costa Rica's unforgettable sunsets.
Vista Mar, the first luxury high-rise development in Jaco, appeals to the most discriminating visitor by offering one of the largest condos with the best views of the coast-line and the surrounding mountains. This residence is a large luxurious, 3 BR, 3 bath condominium. Bedroom one has a King bed, bedroom 2 has a King bed and bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. All bedrooms have bathrooms with showers.
The condo is fully furnished and designer decorated. There is a large LED TV in the living room and there are large LED TV's in each bedroom. There are two sofas in the living room. All the beds and mattresses are top quality and very comfortable.
All dishes, bedding, linens and towels etc. are provided. You are right in the center of exciting Jaco.

VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES
The designer pool, spa and mini gym are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. All Vista Mar guests have access to Cocal Hotel, Casino and oceanfront restaurant. Free breakfast and daily maid service by Cocal housekeeping is NOT provided. There's free secure parking in the building and 24 hour security.

Fantastic views and close to everything

The place is large and comfortable with incredible views. The bedrooms are well appointed with big comfy beds. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby and the check in process is friendly and convenient.

Great Condo with fantastic views

Property manager met us at checkin, communicated well at checkout. The condo is well located, great floor plan and amazing views. I will definitely stay there again.

Great place near the beach and near the action

Stayed there 4 nights this past December - was my third time staying at Vista Mar 3D. Located right next to the Hotel Cocal and Casino and within easy walking distance from numerous restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The condo and its amenities are first class all the way. Very clean and well maintained. The pictures in the ad don't do it justice. And the sunset view of the ocean from the third floor balcony is worth the stay. The building has 24 hour security personnel, which made us always feel safe, and David, the condo manager, was very helpful with everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a fun and relaxing time in Jaco. I can't wait to go back and stay there again!

Why they chose this property

Vista Mar is the most popular rental building in Jaco. It's located downtown, close to shopping and restaurants. All units have beach, ocean and mountain views. VM guests enjoy all privileges at Cocal Casino and the oceanfront restaurant, which is located right next to the building. Daily maid service by Cocal housekeeping is NOT included. I have my own maids and can arrange additional cleanings at a small fee.
