The condo is fully furnished and designer decorated. There is a large LED TV in the living room and there are large LED TV's in each bedroom. There are two sofas in the living room. All the beds and mattresses are top quality and very comfortable.
All dishes, bedding, linens and towels etc. are provided. You are right in the center of exciting Jaco.
VACATION RENTAL AMENITIES
The designer pool, spa and mini gym are surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. All Vista Mar guests have access to Cocal Hotel, Casino and oceanfront restaurant. There's free secure parking in the building and 24 hour security.

Why they chose this property
Vista Mar is the most popular rental building in Jaco. It's located downtown, close to shopping and restaurants. All units have beach, ocean and mountain views. VM guests enjoy all privileges at Cocal Casino and the oceanfront restaurant, which is located right next to the building. Daily maid service by Cocal housekeeping is NOT included. I have my own maids and can arrange additional cleanings at a small fee.
